Ive followed all the steps - download Notero, add as connection on Notion, add as a plug-in on Zotero, restart Zotero, but now Im not seeing the option of selecting Notero Preferences (under tools) in Zotero to add in those special links from Notion. Getting updates from Notion into Zotero would require setting up a hosted service that subscribes to webhooks from Notion and then uses the Zotero API to update items in Zotero. I have tested if it is possible to open the annotation in Zotero, How to sync from Notion back into Zotero n. In Zotero, navigate to My Library > right click > add new collection.
